My Story

I know what it's like
to sleep like shit 💩

In the middle of the night... Feeling my body weighs 500kg on the bed. The pressure of the ribs and lower back collapsing. Feeling like I'm sleeping on a bed of nails.

Changing beds. Trying to sleep on the floor at 4:00am. Feeling exhausted during the day. I tried everything: exercises, anti-inflammatory diets, supplements... Some helped temporarily. But not for long.

Then I interviewed 5 people who had healed naturally from around the world: Fernando, Rob, Ralph, Peter and Chris. They all had one thing in common: an internal shift.

Thanks to them I started a 2-year journey, until where I am today. Writing this letter to you, sitting in a chair for 3 hours and sleeping 10 hours like a baby.

The Root Cause

Inflammation is the result of your nervous system.

You may be living with unconscious internal tension. The pain that wakes you at night is real. But the reason it keeps waking you up goes deeper than your inflammation and the immune system. During the day, your body accumulates tension it never gets to release. Suppressed emotions, a nervous system locked in hypervigilance.

At night, when you finally stop, all of it surfaces. In nature, the nervous system is designed to activate under threat and then return to rest. But when your body has lived with chronic pain long enough, it stops trusting that rest is safe. It stays alert. It braces. And sleep becomes another battleground.

I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. For ten years, I lived with broken nights, Arcoxia 90 mg and ibuprofen on my nightstand, and a body I hated. I tried every approach. Better mattresses. More medication. Different pillows. Only to finally discover a deeper truth: my body knows how to heal. I just need to notice the blockages and let them go.

Today, my life feels completely different. I sleep the whole night, I practice every sport I want, and I trust my body again. I no longer live in fear or depend on medication to get through the day. Instead, I feel connected, calm, and energized. Through this transformation, I didn't just reduce my symptoms. I rebuilt my relationship with my body and my life.
